"I received a call from tattletale dispatch that an alarm occurred on the motion sensor. When I met the police at the scene we discovered that the trailer had not been entered although there was evidence of an attempted forced entry; the siding had been cut through and the door had been pried open. We later discovered that the phone line had also been cut and the power had been shut down in an attempt to stop tattletale from doing the job. We are convinced that tattletale was an excellent investment

First take a look at the area that you want to secure. For a one bedroom apartment or a equipment trailer, you may decide that the main unit alone is enough. If you were securing your house you probably want the main unit and a door/window sensor for each front and back door. A motion detector on each level is a possibility as well as Glass Break detectors. A fire/smoke detector in my opinion is a must , especially if you are protecting your home and your loved ones. If you want to secure something that is away from main unit you can use long range window/door or outdoor motion detector or the loop! With the loop you can secure anything from cars to golf carts to construction equipment.
